It’s time for another MoBeef spotlight! We are thankful for the beef donation made by the Patterson family. Todd and Becky, along with their two sons at home, Ethan and Owen, and their hired hand, Tyler Daniel, are all involved in the operation. Their operation has been running for 15 years and for 2 generations. They run charolais, red angus, and black angus cattle. When asked what he would like to tell the consumer, Todd said he would like to see people continue to eat real beef as it provides a multitude of needed nutrients.
