Fitness Center Procedure

Lockwood R-1 Fitness Facility requires a scan card to use the facility. Scan cards can be purchased for a cost of $35 per year. The card-year runs from January 1 thru December 31. The card will allow the user and their immediate family to use the center. There are rules and regulations that govern the use of the facility. Those rules also state who may use the card you possess. An agreement will need to be signed by each user and card recipient. A person can drop by the Superintendent's office to sign the agreement and get a card. The person taking your money will write your card number on your agreement. These cards will have been pre-programmed and will work immediately upon being issued. The change has been made for the safety of each individual user and for security of the equipment and building.
