We “soiled” our undies today in 5th grade!! Students chose plots around the school grounds to dig holes and bury 5 pairs of cotton underwear to help test the healthiness of the soil. Stay tuned as we dig them up throughout the semester to see our results!
AR Reading Program Update: The elementary students are doing an amazing job with their reading! These numbers are just since September 1 for 2nd through 6th grades. Thanks to all businesses and individuals that have donated prizes or money to help support this program.

Mr. Robertson’s ag science 1 and animal science classes took a field trip to the Joplin Regional Stockyards today where they learned about livestock marketing, auction systems, cattle pricing and more!
To celebrate Ag Accurate Book Week last week, our FFA officers came to read with the 4th and 5th graders about worms, soil, and growing crops! They also were able to share with the elementary students about what FFA is all about and some of the activities they get to participate in as members of the organization. Thanks for being such great Ag leaders!

While learning about the Sun, Earth, and Moon relationships, 6th graders created a model of the rotations and revolutions among the three space objects. Some of them learned the hard way that they don’t need to orbit and spin quite so quickly. #dizzyingdemonstrations
How great is it to have such a supportive local Farmers’ Market?! Our 4th grade class had a wonderful trip shopping through all the goodies. We even had a few FFA students show up to share their products! Thanks to all the vendors for your kindness and patience!
