Yesterday, 1st-3rd graders enjoyed a reading day in the FEMA building while the elementary school got a new AC unit put in!

Yesterday, Lockwood agriculture students explored topics and careers in agriculture at the University of Missouri field day at the SW Research Center in Mt. Vernon. The students were able to process chickens, examine the rumen of a live cow, check out a large spray drone, and talk with industry experts across a range of subjects!

We “soiled” our undies today in 5th grade!! Students chose plots around the school grounds to dig holes and bury 5 pairs of cotton underwear to help test the healthiness of the soil. Stay tuned as we dig them up throughout the semester to see our results!
