2024-2025 Winter Sports Schedule
The Dade County Health Department will be at Lockwood School on Friday, Nov. 22nd, to provide flu shots at no charge to interested students.
Parents must fill out and sign a consent form. Forms will be sent home today with elementary students. Parents may contact Nurse Lori at 417-232-4528 for further information.

The 5th & 6th graders took a Civil War adventure trip to the Battle of Carthage museum and battle site. Students completed a scavenger hunt through the museum to make more connections to the information available. While we were in the area, we also visited the Red Oak II village to experience life during the 1800s, including a log cabin and one-room school house!
FBLA collected 211 new pairs of socks during its Socktober event, which will be donated to the Dade County Christian Center. Thanks to all who donated.

Reminder: We would like to invite our Veterans and community members to attend our annual Veterans Day Assembly tomorrow, November 8th at 10:30 am.
Prior to the assembly the Lockwood FCCLA will be serving refreshments for veterans and their families beginning at 9:45 am in the cafeteria.
