FBLA collected 195 new pairs of socks to be donated to the Dade County Christian Center during their Socktober event! Thanks to all who donated.

Yesterday our high school and junior high students had the opportunity to meet with several local businesses and universities during our Career Fair! Each student met with at least six representatives to gather information that might help their future. It was a great experience!

A huge thank you to PTO for organizing our Halloween parties and parade last week. Also, thank you to all the businesses that took time to give candy to our kids during the parade. It was a blast!




We have some changes to our original calendar that was sent out and wanted to give a heads up for future scheduling!
- Prom will now be held on Saturday, April 15.
- Graduation will be Sunday, May 21 @ 2:00

Just a heads up! OPAA is raising the cost for an extra entre at lunch from $1.50 to $1.75. This does not change the cost of your first lunch but if you get an extra entre the price will now be $1.75.

We will be having our Halloween parties at the elementary tomorrow. The weather looks beautiful and we are excited to be able to do our Halloween parade to go trick or treating down Main Street. If you do not want your child to leave school to participate in this walk, please contact the office. Please make sure to send your child with a bag to collect their candy.
As a reminder, students are not allowed to wear face paint or masks during the day. Masks will be allowed at the parade and party.

Just a heads up to JH/HS students and parents! OPAA has raised the price of their Sparkling Ice drinks to $2.25. These drinks are available to purchase at lunch but we wanted you to be aware that there has been a price increase.
Fourth grade closed out their Alternative Energy unit with a solar oven s’mores day! What a way to celebrate the end of the first quarter of science!



FCCLA attended regional meeting this week where they helped raise over $1000 for Katie's House and listened to Matt Hutson speak about choices and their impact on your future!
