Just a heads up! OPAA is raising the cost for an extra entre at lunch from $1.50 to $1.75. This does not change the cost of your first lunch but if you get an extra entre the price will now be $1.75.

We will be having our Halloween parties at the elementary tomorrow. The weather looks beautiful and we are excited to be able to do our Halloween parade to go trick or treating down Main Street. If you do not want your child to leave school to participate in this walk, please contact the office. Please make sure to send your child with a bag to collect their candy.
As a reminder, students are not allowed to wear face paint or masks during the day. Masks will be allowed at the parade and party.

Fourth grade closed out their Alternative Energy unit with a solar oven s’mores day! What a way to celebrate the end of the first quarter of science!



FCCLA attended regional meeting this week where they helped raise over $1000 for Katie's House and listened to Matt Hutson speak about choices and their impact on your future!

FBLA attended the Better Your Best Leadership Conference yesterday at Crowder! They listened to successful entrepreneurs from the area speak about their experiences and lessons learned along the way.

Just a reminder that the deadline to order basketball shoes is tomorrow night! This is for high school only.

Elementary Parent Teacher Conference Information
Parent Teacher Conferences are October 27 from 3:30-7:00 pm. Fourth through sixth grade teachers have already sent forms home along with their student's reflections. Preschool through third grades have either sent a form home for you to schedule your conference or sent information out through Class Dojo. If you haven't received anything and need to schedule a meeting, please contact the elementary office at 417-232-4528.
