The online order code for spring sports pictures is: 60221B. Pictures will be taken tomorrow. A picture of the order form has been attached.
HS Softball Update for 4/19
HS Softball was scheduled to play at Diamond at 4:00 and then go to Sarcoxie after. Now, to help umpires, we will play both games at Sarcoxie. First vs Diamond at 3:30 and then vs Sarcoxie at 6:30.
JH Softball Update
JH softball for tomorrow is cancelled due to umpire availability. We will move that game to Wednesday. So now the plan is to play a doubleheader on Wednesday here at Lockwood. Lockwood vs Sarcoxie at 4:30 and Lockwood vs Diamond at 6:00.

Our 9 state qualifiers attended the FBLA State Leadership Conference this week! Owen Neely came home with a medal in Agribusiness, placing 5th!

The junior high softball game has been moved to Lockwood. It will follow the high school game which starts at 5:00.

We are excited to have received a $5000.00 grant from America's Farmers Grow Communities Bayer Fund. We would like to thank Linda Eggerman for nominating our school district for this grant. It is much appreciated. We are very fortunate to have such great community support!

4/12 Update
-HS softball will play as planned at Pleasant Hope.
-JH softball will play as planned here in Lockwood.
-HS track as planned at Pierce City.
-HS Baseball at Sarcoxie starting at 5:00.
The baseball game for today will be moved to Sarcoxie with a start time of 5:00.
Decisions for today’s events will be finalized by 2:00. As always, the weather plays a big role in spring sports so please bare with us as we make these decisions.
Calling Local Businesses: The elementary classes are looking to do some local career activities in May.
4th-6th grades are planning to do a local job walk. We would like to put them in 6 groups and have them do a quick tour and visit (15-20 minutes maximum at each location for each group) to many local businesses.
For preschool through 3rd grade, we would love to have each grade visit one business each to do a tour of their facility. This could last 1-2 hours.
We are hoping that this will give the students insight into the various careers/jobs available within their own community and to better understand the community in which they live. Any local business that would be willing to participate, please email Mrs. Wilson at ewilson@tigersk12.org or call the school at 417-232-4528 to be placed on our list. Please specify if you are willing to participate in the 4-6 job walk, do just a PK-3rd grade tour, or both. Thank you so much for your help and support of our schools.
The greenfield game that was canceled today will not be rescheduled. We have added a baseball game on Thursday at clever starting at 4:30.
