The students had a great time on their 2nd quarter AR reward trip to the Monett YMCA Aquatic Center. The Inspired Education Fund/Mike Galer, which is part of the Lockwood Community Foundation, sponsored this trip. Thank you so much for supporting our school and students.

Lockwood schools held their annual schoolwide spelling bee for 4th-6th grades. Hayes Scott was the champion and Silas Baugh was the runner-up . Congratulations to all the contestants!

January’s AgLabs are about winter and how the farm still has to operate no matter the weather. Today’s activities weren’t “exactly” ag-related, but they sure were some science fun (and suuuuuper messy 🫣)! Polymers, mixtures & solutions, solids & liquids, oh my! Here are 4th & 6th graders playing with insta-snow and snow cloud slime!!

The Junior class will be selling Chicken Mary's Dinners
-Each meal includes 3 pieces of Chicken, German Potato Salad, Green Beans, and Bread and butter.
-The meals will be able to be picked up between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm before the basketball game on Friday, February 7, 2025.
-Each meal is $14
