HS Football Jamboree
Friday, August 23rd at 7:00 PM (Gate opens at 6:00)
In lieu of admission, Greenfield requests that spectators donate unopened bottled water or Gatorade. Simply tell the gate attendant which school you are from and the donation will go to your school.
There will be a tailgate before the games with food available. Concessions will also be available.
Attention students and parents of Middle School and High School:
If you have turned in your chromebook fees and signed paperwork, you may pick up your device today until 3 pm and then again starting at 5:30 pm through the end of the parent meeting this evening. Pick up time for tomorrow is from 1 pm to 3 pm.
You may also return signed forms and pay fees during these hours. Depending on the line length, you may receive the chromebook either then or on the first day of school. If you have questions, either call or email the school at 417 232 4513 or sbruner@tigersk12.org.
Our staff enjoyed a back to school event last night hosted by the CTA. They had food and a Trivia Night! It was so much fun! Congrats to team “Tigers 4 Life” for taking home the trophy- and to team “Sarah + the outsiders” for a close second! Thank you to CTA President- Mr. Bruce, Vice President- Ms. Glenn, Treasurer- Mrs. Cossins, and Mrs. Eggerman for organizing this for our staff and Mike Shores for helping come up with the questions. Thank you to all of the sponsors and businesses who donated the prizes from Lockwood, Lamar, Greenfield, and all the way to Carthage! We hope all staff at Lockwood have a great year!!

REMINDER: Flag Football & Mighty Mite sign-ups are tonight at 5:00!
**Please note that Mighty Mite practices have changed to Monday/Thursday.
The elementary school is reaching out for donations for a new reading program that they will be starting this school year. Please view the attached letter for more information.
HS football practice will start on Monday, August 12th at 3:00 pm.
MS(7/8th grade) football practice will start on Thursday, August 22nd right after school.
All players must have an up-to-date physical before their first practice.
Attention middle school and high school parents-
In the student enrollment packets, there was a technology handbook: https://5il.co/2t1ot. It has important information for both students and parents. It discusses fees for chargers, repairs and etc.
Students in middle school and high school are issued a school-owned chromebook to use for the school year. In order to pick-up the chromebook, the signature page must be returned signed by both the student and the parent and the chromebook usage fee must be paid.

The fees can be paid online or in person with cash, check or credit/debit card on August 13 at Enrollment Day or August 19 at the Parent Meeting. (A service charge will be applied on credit/debit purchases.) If paying online, please make sure to put in the student's name and grade.
Chromebooks will be handed out as soon as the requirements are completed and as time permits.

Elementary will be doing new student enrollment Aug 5-9 from 9am-3pm. Heather will be available to notarize enrollment papers during that time as well. Parents are still able to contact Mrs. Wilson at ewilson@tigersk12.org or 417-830-1613 for enrollment questions.
